On September 26, I had the opportunity to serve as a panelist at an official event held alongside the competition, attended by the Swiss State Secretary for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI). The gathering brought together representatives from governments, educational institutions, businesses, and competition organizers—from both Switzerland and China—to address a key question: what is the future of vocational training in the age of artificial intelligence?

As someone committed to promoting specialized vocational training for neurodivergent individuals, I was able to share my practical experience in China and highlight a core principle of my approach: “learning by doing”—a powerful tool for building self-confidence.
Mastering a trade means empowering yourself to build your future.
